Head Chef and owner of Raj's Palace Rajesh Bakshi has 16 years cooking experience under his belt. He started cooking at age 15 as an apprentice in a 5 star Delhi, India. From there his potential and devotion took him to Singapore, where he again spread the magic of his spices.
Rajesh moved to Brisbane to take a position as Sous Chef at one of the most famous Indian restaurants.
Rajesh is now the proud owner of Raj's Palace. He loves sourcing and researching food culture and he is passionate about using only the finest quality ingredients for his outstanding dishes.
